As the night quiets, and I'm lying down, relaxed, my mind starts to wander.
With the practice of Yoga Nidra, my body is at rest and open.
As I drift towards an dreamlike place, my thoughts start to calm and float away like a soft wind.
In this moment, I let go of all stress and tension as I focus on my breathing.
My awareness increases, expands.
I'm not bound in this state as I travel through my consciousness and explore.
When my mind starts to clear, I experience calm and clarity. I realize I am liberated from all limitations.
