Feeling the State of Yoga Nidra



As the night quiets, and I'm lying down, relaxed, my mind starts to wander.


With the practice of Yoga Nidra, my body is at rest and open.


As I drift towards an dreamlike place, my thoughts start to calm and float away like a soft wind.


In this moment, I let go of all stress and tension as I focus on my breathing.


My awareness increases, expands.

I'm not bound in this state as I travel through my consciousness and explore.


When my mind starts to clear, I experience calm and clarity. I realize I am liberated from all limitations.


A blissful release, Yoga Nidra

Bringing me to a state of peace and healing.

This Friday, come experience this state of being.


We know there are plenty of things to do on a Friday night. But, if you are looking for a change of pace form the regular bar scene, come experience the state Yoga Nidra.


We will gently move our bodies, stretch and release tension. Then I will guide you into the restful state you deserve.
