About the event
What started out as Chair Yoga for people with limited mobility and/or chronic pain, has turned into Yoga as the students progressed and graduated from their chairs to their mats. Join us every Wednesday at 1PM at the church. Space is limited, so please RSVP. We may do some outdoor sessions throughout the summer with larger groups.
