About the event
Soul Saturday, Yoga style. This class will be an opportunity to surrender to the flow of the music, your breathe, and your Physichal body.
We will start the class with some warm ups and more structured movement, and shift into a more fluid, freedom based practice where you can explore how the music presents in your body.
please bring a mat if you have one, we have a few to lend though!
