After receiving a medicine in Stone to work with, you will breathe your intentions for healing into the stone while Sarah comes around, scanning your energy field for the lowest chakra affected by your issue. Once indicated Sarah will open the chakra and place the medicine Stone. We will drop into the space in our bodies with some guided breath, and the music will begin.
