Join us for a night of release and relaxation. Our evening will begin with a guided meditation and breathe cue-ing to drop us into a more meditative state. Sarah and Christine will begin bathing the room in sound, and infuse the room with Reiki.

About the event
Sarah and Christine will use different instruments to create frequencies with the goal of dislodging dense energy in the body so it may be released. We will work in sacred space in to create a safe environment for healing.
