Join us in welcoming back our Friday Night Integrated Recovery Practices Group.
Sarah and Christine will kick off our group with a Sacred, reiki infused sound bath. Come prepared to relax, release, and restore. We welcome you to bring any pillows, blankets, or comfort items that serve you. We will drop into our sacred container via a guided meditation with breathe, and our sound bath and reiki will begin.
Doors will open at 7PM, and our healing will begin at 7:30PM if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
