Rise Up Breathwork, Family Friendly Event

Children ages 3 and up can participate in our weekly breathwork class! But, for kids that want to do other things, there will be a mushroom-inspired art experience and some fun yoga-says games. 

Mindful Movement & Meditation is an all-levels class with an emphasis on embracing the present-moment experience & connecting to the pleasure of movement. In a judgment-free zone, attendees will be guided through a series of exercises & improvisational tasks to explore different qualities, textures, & dynamics of movement. Everyone is encouraged to modify accordingly & take it at their own pace. Class is taught by Nika Antuanette with live musical accompaniment by Jeremy Cone.
