Chance to reconnect with each other and the breath. Arrive 6:30 and we will take to the mat at 7pm. Bring a yoga mat and blanket and if you do not have one, one will be provided. This is a fundraising event (8 person max) expect light Breathwork and Sound Healing. Suggested Donation is $10 for members, $20 for non-members. All are welcome!
