Integrated Recovery Practices Group - Let's Talk Fascia! with Sarah Robbins

Let’s talk fascia! Did you know your fascia is made of 90% collagen, and supports all your muscles, joints, bones…even your teeth. Just like our muscles, fascia can hold tension from trauma, our emotions, physical injury/activity etc.   In this class we will start off with some light movement to get our blood flowing and our bodies supple, and then we’ll get after that fascia! We will be using tennis balls, our breathe, and guided movement to tap into this fascinating layer of the body, to relieve tension and stress, and bring a wonderful feeling of relaxation. Class will conclude with a guided meditation as we slip into a sweet savasana.
