Integrated Recovery Practices Group - Art to Transcend

Jessica will guide a meditation with the intention of opening space for participants to explore different aspects of their deeper selves. Whether with the purpose of going deep to identify what no longer serves you, or to nourish intentions and ambitions, Jessica will be there to support you through the journey. Following the guided meditation, participants will be given the opportunity to express their thoughts, feelings and ideas through art. There is no art experience necessary. These therapeutic art sessions are a means of personal expression to communicate feelings rather than aiming at aesthetically pleasing end products to be judged by external standards. Please feel free to bring anything that will support you during meditation e.g. crystals, yoga map, meditation stool, pillow, and/or blanket.
