About the event
This is an alcohol-free night for those struggling with disconnection, addiction, depression, PTSD, caregiver fatigue, or any other reason to work on your healing. We will invite you to bring a notebook as we will do an optional short writing exercise. We will discuss what worked well last year and what we would like to see more of for 2023.
