This recurring healing circle offers a safe and validating space for individuals who have experienced or witnessed abuse in childhood. We will utilize gentle, creative practices, including non-dominant hand dialoguing, to help bridge the logical and emotional parts of the brain where trauma can become trapped. This approach can support the processing of grief, memories, and other difficult feelings associated with these experiences.
