A shamanic illumination is a profound healing, that has the power to dismantle the outdated programs and childhood trauma filtering through your subconscious and completely transform your reality.  Our evening will begin with setting an intention for healing, paying particular attention to any themes of consciousness that have been speaking to you recently, or any other relative areas of challenge.  After receiving a medicine in Stone to work with, you will breathe your intentions for healing into the stone while Sarah comes around, scanning your energy field for the lowest chakra affected by your issue. Once indicated Sarah will open the chakra and place the medicine Stone. We will drop into the space and our bodies with some guided breath, and the music will begin.
